I picked Argentina before the tournament started and see no reason to change. They've outscored their opposition 10-2 without a goal from Messi. Look for Messi to explode in the final three games and claim the Golden Ball award.

My money's still on Argentina, but I'm far from 100% convinced. With all credit to Schneider and Robben's performance today, I can see the winners of tonights game beating the Netherlands - Kuyt doesn't look bad, but their defense doesn't look great. I can see Spain struggling against Paraguay...

I've been seeing this advertised on TV and hear people talking about it. Could someone just tell me which sport this is about? I get them all mixed up and strangers try and discuss the world cup with me. I thought world cup was a bunch of countries all doing different sport competitions, but what I saw on TV was just American football. When someone asks who I'm supporting I just say the falcons, eagles, bluejays, pigeons, geese or masked boobies, whichever bird name that comes to mind first because I know there are some teams with these names.

It's the World Cup of Whale Hunting

I kind of want Argentina to beat Germany just so there can be a battle of the Adidas commercial, but I hate Argentina and really want Germany to go onto the final.... what a predicament

Netherlands v Germany, Germany to win is probably the most likely outcome so now watch Paraguay trip up Spain, smash apart Germany whilst Uruguay silently upsets Oranje
