Anonymously bland and simple, has a large display, sets the time itself, has buttons to set the alarm forward or back. This one:

2-stage system:

My Meridian F80 starts playing radio, 5 minutes later the alarm on my mobile phone goes off. I have to get out of bed to shut that off.

Iam an extremely heavy sleeper, I could sleep through a firefight. So I had to get something loud as fuck. Thus the sonic boom. 98 decibels, and an attachment to vibrate the bed. It will wake the dead.

I have one where you shoot a laser at a target to shut off the alarm. Unfortunately, I've become so prolific that I can hit the target 20 ft away in a morning daze with the accuracy of a Marines sniper.

Goddamn, ya'll are some sleepy motherfuckers. I get 5-6 hours a night, wake up at the first noise my alarm makes, and don't recall ever using the snooze button. On days where I think my power might go out, I set my phone alarm for five minutes after my regular alarm as a failsafe. I'm usually in the shower when it goes off though.

I haven't seen anyone mention Clocky or Tocky, alarm clocks that roll away from your bed when it goes off so you have to get up to retrieve it.
