a few scratches, purchased in 11/09 so still under warranty. The screen is in perfect condition. will throw in an orbino leather case (which is like 99 bucks in itself). 250 OBO (best so far on here and CL: 300) 7/5/09: I just got my new phone yesterday, so I'm going to take offer until this Wed. I'll ship (paypal personal payment) and/or meet up in NYC (cash only) at that time. I'm in NYC. I can't say battery life is as good as new. Much will depend on how you use it. But I got this phone in 11/09. Selling because I can't use it to make and take calls from inside my loft (damn AT&T), and need to do so because I'm a resident physician and people need to be able to get in touch with me. Current best offer is 175. I'll make a decision tomorrow.

Really? Are they compatible with US CDMA standards (ie Verizon)?

If so, I want one!

I don't follow - either battery life is good or not. Does it last all day with heavy data usage and 3g on?

iPhone battery get drained pretty quick with "heavy data usage"

No it doesn't. Mine lasted all day when I bought it. I used data for about 3-5 hours throughout the day. With just e-mail checking it would still be in the 80s at night time.

By data intensive I thought you included the possibility of youtubing. One Ted talk takes my batt down a bit. Or even streaming Wimbledon feeds. But I guess it does die. I don't even like it when my phone goes below 50

Um no. iPhones are distributed by Apple and they don't have the CDMA technology on their phones worldwide. All iPhones are GSM. Get your facts straight.
