I was gonna say, Salma Hayek is near the top of my list. I'm not interested in most celebrities, I guess that whole "perfect" look does not do it for me.

not reaLLY. its more to do with people not being able to fully rate the person honestly because hot or not is not anonymous.

I think one of the problems is scale confusion. The 1-10 scale should be calibrated as follows:

10.00 = Perfection; does not exist in the wild. The perfect girl; flawless.
9.99 = The most beautiful actual living, breathing woman in the world.
9.90 = Extremely attractive; would stop practically all heterosexual men in their tracks.
.
.
.
9.00 = Extremely attractive
8.00 = Very pretty
7.00 = Cute to pretty
6.00 = Mildly pleasing
5.00 = Neither attractive nor unattractive; average
4.00 = Mildly displeasing
3.00 = Unattractive
2.00 = Hideous
.
.
.
1.01 = The ugliest actual living, breathing woman in the world
1.00 = Purely, utterly revolting; does not exist in the wild.

This is a two decimal place version, but it is easily convertible to a 1 decimal or more decimal version.
