WTB: Alexander McQueen Shoes

I am willing to buy a(hopefully) new pair of Alexander Mcqueen shoes---either the grey or grenn polished dress shoes that both have the flourescent orange sole. I would need them in size US8(which I believe is EUR 42).

Or any help in locating these shoes online would also be greatly appreciated!
