Let her be the office shit-stirrer while you get stuff done. Someone is sure to notice. Being passive aggressive back would help too. I would have just replied "That's why I said it's a first pass."

We are a bunch of hooting apes. Hard work and professionalism can help you win at office politics, but if they are your only tactics you should start sorting your shit so it can be quickly thrown in a cardboard box.
