The chambray camp shirt I ordered came today. Fantastic material - I usually take a M but the shoulders were tight and measured 17". Normally I would exchange it for a L, but it is cut too long for my taste. I like camp shirts that are cut shorter than this. So I'll end up returning it. Can anyone recommend a summer chambray shirt, it can be long sleeve but no button downs, thanks!

Hi there, just found this forum.
I need some help on Trail Parka sizing, glad if anyone could help me out.

Did you buy a Trail Parka? If so what size did you go for? I'm thinking of buying a Gold in size small.
I'm a typical size small 36" chest the same height as you and my body is pretty 'small' in general. I wear small in all other EG and WWM shirts. A Small Trail Parka would probably fit me best right?

Please help me out!

I have fit pics posted a few pages back if you haven't seen them. I can layer a sweatshirt underneath the jacket, but it's pretty snug at that point and a little tight across the back. Fit is spot on with just a button up shirt (which is how I will wear it) and comfortable without being excessively baggy. I could stand the body being a little longer, but I don't mind it short. The large was definitely a touch longer but still obviously a short jacket for a parka and just didn't look right being such a loose fit at that length, at least to my eye.

You went for a size Medium in the Trail Parka right? But you are also a bit taller and bigger than me.
Your fit pictures doesn't seem to work anymore, can you please post them again?

Thanks for all help
Cheers

One more thing

As i'm a typical size small, 36" chest, 174 cm (5.7 feet) tall - would you say a Trail Parka SMALL would fit me like in this picture?

i am your size and i have a small green trail parka that fits well. go with a small.

Yes, I have a medium. At your size I would say you are most definitely a small. My medium is a good fit everywhere but the shoulders where it is just a little on the snug side. I maybe should have gone large for shoulder fit but that was too billowy down below for me. I may end up selling my green medium unfortunately, but I'm undecided as I've only worn it a couple times.

Damn that is amazing. Now I'm torn between gold and green.

Man, I wish this season's trail parka came in some kind of navy or blue colorway. I just can't do green or red or gold.

Embrace something different than the norm. Why can't you "do" them?

The fact that they came out in these colors is a big part of what makes them so great IMO.

My entire wardrobe is mostly blue, grey, charcoal, olive, lots of plaid....I guess solid bright colors are just not my thing. If the green trail parka was more of a forest green I might've considered it.
