no, but I enjoy helping fellow SF members!

I don't think it should be limited. I know like me, for example, have a great number of really nice, but lower end ties (gifts) that I would be happy to pass on. I'm sure there are people who would want some of these, so why hold back? Besides with an honor system it could be like take three lower end ties, leave one good one or something. I suppose people could throw in pocket squares too.

I think there should also be some sort of time limit though. Like once you receive the box you must send it foward within a week or something. Otherwise, what prevents someone from just "borrowing" the ties forever?

Possibly. But I have enough for 10 lifetimes, so the more the merrier.

I think there should be a general minimum to consider, absolutely.

Yes, one week and move it on at the most. It should not really take you more than 5 minutes to decide.
