What would be better for the SF community? Offering these exclusively to its members despite arbitrary rules preventing me from posting on B/S or putting them on ebay where anyone can have at it? I think the answer is obvious.

I value SF and I'll repurpose the thread to avoid a flame war. I know exactly what arbitrary means and believe it applies in this case.

This is what I meant about avoiding a flame war. I own desirable pants that I want to sell as quickly as possible. It just so happens that many members of the SF community would want these pants. Because I value said community I thought I'd find a way to tell them about the pants. Clearly there are spammers, I am not one of them. I was simply trying to hook a brother up. Dear all,

demsteelers has been given a 3 month suspension, and will be forumbanned from B&S permanently. He can get out of the forum ban (sorry, the 3 months are the minimum for being such a huge cretin + douchebag) by paying the $300 fine as outlined in the arbitrary announcement, above.

Just some dude trying to sell Uniqlo pants because he couldn't post in the B&S forum. He noted he was aware of the rules, but thought it made more sense to break them and give us lucky SF'ers a shot at the pants rather than millions of people on eBay.
