PSA and a plea: stop asking for fitness/nutrition advice in here

Seriously, Why is probably the only person in here who has anything being anecdotal and questionable advice re: fitness and nutrition as it pertains to body composition. Garbage in, garbage out, so please quit with the stupid questions and worse replies. It really isn't rocket science to understand how to lose weight or gain muscle on a very general level but all the questions are qualified with shit like I love chocolate or I don;t want to get too big or I don;t like lifting weights. Well, okay, then go fuck off.

yea, what do you guys think this is? A section to discuss health, diet, exercise and personal grooming?

Anyways, burpees are the answer.

What do you suggest Health & Body be used for then?

perfume....um, sorry I mean cologne.

I just can't take the same stupid questions anymore. It's like the same thread over and over.

I feel like the answers are worse than the questions.

I love this. Forums are nothing if not proof about the limited number of things people think about. Over and over.

I also love your avatar.

Can I get in shape by doing nothing but styling my hair?

My answer to most of the nutrition question is usually "jello"

I agree to an extent. There are much better places to research health and fitness than this sub forum, to be sure. But seeing as this is a place to "Discuss health, diet, exercise, and personal grooming" I don't see a problem with doing just that.
