Nope. Just being honest. Those shoes should NOT even be worn while lounging or running to the store.

Although I really don't like the loafers, I'll offer my opinion and shy away from the comments already made above. I would think the only place these can be worn is casually with jeans. I'm trying to think of anything business casual that these could go with, but I'm drawing blanks. Obviously, they cannot be worn with any suit. The best scenario I can come up with is jeans or summer linen shirt and khakis/shorts.

Raul Xerxes, he sat on top a gold Hummer, with customized Gucci accessories which only a Persian would think was cool.

Since they are casual, probably chinos and jeans at best. Maybe some shorts? And probably only around the house. They really just don't look good.

I would NOT wear those to work.

I'd say with jeans or khaki shorts but really, those things are so gauche.

I think they will match well with silk pajamas. Sockless, of course.

Wow you guys are just vicious. If you can't figure out a way to make it match simply not replying would be sufficient. But I do agree with the majority that these shoes are ... not so nice. IMHO Sockless, Linen Pants, loose shirt for a beach look could pull it off. It is way way way too casual to be linked with anything remotely serious.

lol this thread is funny.. But to be honest call me what you will but I like them a lot. Most of the people on here are old and conservative... you said you already have some plane jane loafers so why not try and spice it up a bit with some gucci.. screw the haters, i'm 20 and think any guy wearing these has got to be pretty baller.. with the exception of wearing these with a suit of course! Sorry I cant give any solid recommendations but theres my 2 cents.

And this has nothing to do with being 'conservative' or not, there are plenty of people here who wear stuff that most people wouldn't even consider (see threads on pink trousers, spectators, etc). One day you will realise that style is about wearing things that actually look good and not because they have some designers logo all over them to let people know that your clothes are expensive. Real style simply looks expensive without having to have 'LOOK AT ME IVE GOT MONEY' written all over it. Clothing with logos is a relatively new phenomenon and as redzapper says it is the epitome of gauche. But I'm talking to someone who actually uses the word 'baller', so I don't know why I even bother...
