Consistent food consumption

At my lowest point I was consuming up to 12 cups of brown rice a day. I've cut back since then and have started incorporating whole wheat pasta into my diet. I am very consistent with the foods I eat. Every day I eat the same meals and snacks with no variation and have not changed it up for months. The only difference in my daily diet is fruits and vegetable juices since I switch them from day to day. Is anyone else doing this?

Not intentionally. It just sort of happens. I live alone, so unless I want to waste food, I have to consume what I get from the grocery store in a condense amount of time.

I've been tight on money lately, so I've been more or less taking in a daily menu of protein shakes, bags of green vegetables, flax seeds, and lean ground beef or chicken.

Flax is the second ingredient after the wheat in the pasta. Do you think too much flaxseed might be bad? It has a higher phytoestrogen content than soy and tofu.

I been eating pinto beans Monday through Friday, and eating everything on Saturday and Sunday. My farts are fierce. I am spending like $15 dollars a month on food.

Kinda of worried about the fart issue.

I'm pretty consistent like that for convenience...

I'm doing Keto right now so a typical M-F is something like:

6a eggs
9a chicken breast and peanut butter
12p chicken breast and peanut butter (or chicken with green salad and olive oil)
330p protein blend with peanut butter
6p Post-workout protein blend with peanut butter
830 eggs

etcetera...

Is that all you eat or just the things that you keep the same? When I was consuming a lot of brown rice, I was starting to get symptoms from too much Niacin so I stopped.

During keto that's it. (I didn't list the green beans that I had with the chicken). I also use vitamins and supplements.

Been doing this for years so it's down to a routine.

I usually only have a tablespoon of it. Good source of fiber, healthy fats, and has been linked to benefiting the health of your hair (which is important to me).
