That's crazy, simply awful. It's going to be a strange summer going to the beach if that stuff makes it over here to the east coast of FL like that.

Was there (actually, more Gulf Shores-ish) for Spring Break when it was still pristine. I dread to think how the first hurricane will effect the northern Gulf Coast.

I'm originally from Panama City Beach, FL and my parents live here. It's a very depressing state around here right now...especially for all the business owners. It's going to hit any day now and they said our beaches probably won't be white again for almost 30 years.

That's awful. The gulf has (had) some of the best beaches and most pristine coastline around.
