How do I make my hair go this colour?

I currently have dark brown hair
and I want it to go light brown, with small amounts of light blonde though it.

Iam going to toni and guy on Monday and am wondering
how I should instruct them on doing it,
so it comes out exactly the way I want it.

Take a pic to show them. You don't need to instruct them how to do it as they're professionals.
