I don't know what sport you play, but if it involves any serious lifting.

Then definitely Animalpak.com

Set up an account and fire away and questions you have.

Great, helpful people

http://muscleandstrength.com/ has good videos. It used to be a content-only site.

Lifting, not bodybuilding: http://powerandbulk.com/phpBB2/ powerlifter forum http://cathletics.com/ <- oly WODs, and a ton of how-to-do-this-exercise videos http://danjohn.net/ some oly lifting resources and free ebook

^ danjohn.net is great.

I'm a fan of crossfit.com and crossfitendurance.com

They incorporate many tenets of fitness into building overall ability in near any sport.

GOOD STUFF.

P&B Wendler and effort discussions are very pertinent for me right now.

Bodybuilding.com is by far the largest resource of information related to weight training on the internet. Animalpak is a forum.

The search feature on bodybuilding.com yeilds thousands of articles written by all types of lifters. From bodybuilding to agility and strength guys.

Imo, Animalpak is not even the best weight trianing forum on the web, nevermind resource tool.

Largest doesn't mean the best. Sure BB.com has thousands of articles written on every topic related to weightlifting but I sure as hell wouldn't bother reading the majority of them. Give me articles written by the most respected coaches and trainers in the game over that buffet of mediocrity. T-Muscle.com may be scorned by some but I haven't found a better article database or forum.
