How about Hanoi traffic? How do they not collide more?

at that speed rate what's the use of a car? just get a moped or bike like the others.

That's right (see the "feels like temperature"). For non-US: 108'F = 42'C, 5 degrees over body temperature . I would rather stay in a AC car cruising at 5mph than out there in a bike/moped at 5 times that speed.
