Where did you meet your wife/gf/SO?

Somewhat spun off the 'best place to meet = Bed Bath and Beyond' thread, thought I would put this out there... Where did you meet your wife/gf/partner/SO? My own history - I guess in my adulthood I have had 4.5 relationships... the point five I met through friends at a party. Hit it off, wandered from party to restaurant for dinner, turned out the guy who introduced us was doing a photo shoot involving Vespas and models...they were using my Vespa for it, and Miss Point Five was styling the shoot...coincidence ensured that we saw each other a couple days later. number 4 - also met at a party, we had a cute meet story in that her and her sister were walking through the crowd, when her sister's heel snapped, and she feel flat on her face right beside me. I helped her up and over to a chair, intro-ed myself to her sister, and was with her for two years. numbers 2 and 3 were both through work. Number 3 was an interpreter/MC/translator who was a minor TV personality at the time, did some corporate work for us. Number 2 was a colleague. number 1 - mutual friends thing. Others?

Technically we knew each other b/c we went to high school together, but we never officially met until we started working for the same company.

Ex-wife: Blind date, set up through someone I worked with.

Subsequent relationships: one met online, one was my kids' former teacher and one was a good friends' ex.
