So I did my first hazardous waste drop off a few weeks ago, had a great time. For the next one I might wear some sort of mask though, the collecting area had fumes. They did not take latex paint. Is there a different agency to dispose of latex paint?
For medicines, I read that some pharmacies will take back expired ones to dispose of. I am having trouble finding any pharmacies that have a disposal program, does anyone know of one or a different method of disposal? I had antibiotics that I never used next to a sink until I could find disposal but they are gone. I think my cat knocked them into the waste basket when he was using the bathroom. I'd like to know for future reference though.
