Curious to see what people use here.

Here is my list:

1.\tMulti-vitamin: I use Optimum’s Opti-Men
2.\tEGCg (Green Tea Extract): 750mg daily
3.\tCurcumin (Turmeric): 1.5g daily
4.\tVitamin C: 1g daily
5.\tOmega-3s: 1.8g DHA + 1.2g EPA daily
6.\tGreens Supplement: I use NSI’s Berrytastic powder (10g / serving, the equivalent of 5-6 servings of fruits and veggies)

The two I most often recommend are the Vitamin C and the Omegas.

Thinking of adding COQ-10 (200mg daily) and Hyaluronic Acid (100mg daily) to the mix. Anyone use these?

multi, vitaman D, fish oil, sometimes glucosamine

There have been some pretty huge studies on vitamin C mega-dosing, and little evidence of any benefit.

Spirulina and chlorella for vitality, energy, etc. Maca extract for pre-workout. Magnesium citrate + zinc gluconate for bed time. Although, I've been considering adding GABA to my night time "stack".

This knocks me out like benadryl, but without the hangover. I use it on nights when I want some intense sleep to make up for lost time.

Maca is my second favorite pre workout supplement, behind caffeine. Yohimbe is probably the most powerful, but it makes me a nervous wreck for the rest of the day.
