That took 2+ years just to even be decent again. He'll be done until 2012 at the earliest. If he ever gets good again it won't be until 2013.

Depressing stuff. Was overuse an issue at all? I don't know anything about those injuries.

i cannot remember his name, but there is a guy who has been making an effort to completely change pitching mechanics but mlb ignores him.
