J.Crew Model's Fade Haircut

As I was flipping through J.Crew though the suits section and thought these are sick suits. But what caught my eye even more was the model's haircut.

It is obviously a fade and I want to get it but I am having a hard time reading how much length he has on the top. Could anyone here help me figure it out. (NOTE: I'm looking for measurements such as 2'' on top 1' on the sides or 3" on top and then 2 all around etc. etc.)

Link to acutally pictures. They can be viewed bigger.

No guard faded to 3's or 4's probably. Just get your hair faded from no guard to 4's on top and make the top shorter until you like it.

That fade looks too 80's to me.

He is pretty bare on the back, looks like no guard for sure. I would say the top is probably a 3. I get my hair cut with a fade, but it's scissor cut on top for me. I usually get the sides 1.5 or 2, which looks about the same length as this gentleman's top
