Maybe... but give it until the end of July before you decide. As this is around the time that Apple normally releases new iPhones. But TBH I don't think that Apple will do an iPhone 5 until at least the end of the year this time. It's only been a few months since they released a CDMA iPhone 4.

Does anyone know what the features will be on the upcoming iphone 4S and/or 5 will be? I'm eligible for an upgrade and I'm wondering if I should wait or get a 4 now.

The rumors are really starting to pick up. Looking more and more like September.

If you're with Verizon I'd get it now and lock in those rates. I read a report that the Tiered Data plan is going effective in July.

Only a matter of time before they changed the data plans to lure suckaz in.

ive been a vzw guy for a while now, and haven't had any issues or anything until I got my droid. With the incredible, i rooted it and it was OKAY. the battery life is just HORRENDOUS. They rpelaced my incredible with an incredible 2. Worse than anything, it took 10 minutes to load messages and so forth. I reserached the fix, and people just said do a hard reset a few times and it should be okay. I finally succumbed and purchased this new iphone. the phone works, the messages always seem to work and some of the apps are cool. I can't be happier. Just wish it went over seas.

Tech post from Foxnews = is no bueno.

Apple spent a lot of money on the research of the technology behind the iPhone 4's composite body. I don't foresee them making a radical shift, rather improving the design and fixing issues, at least in the next iteration of the iPhone.

former android guy as well.

personally, i like the android system a lot better and it has a lot of user conveniences compared to apple (i realize now why people were gripping about connecting everything via itunes)

i don't think the iphone is better than the droid in any ONE aspect. however, it's just a far superior overall product that i think it's just much more fun to use...

I agree--I don't buy this either. They've only redesigned the phone every other year since the 3G in 2008. I think this phone's big feature will be a dual antenna--one model for VZW or AT&T. This kind of antenna would lower costs, sure, but it would really increase carrier independence. A phone that works on multiple networks creates more competition among telecoms --> lower data/minute prices --> more iPhone users. This might seem lame on paper (what, no 3D 4" screen?!?!), but iOS 5 + iCloud + faster phone + better camera + dual SIM is a hell of a bump. It will definitely keep the iPhone level with other competitors' hardware specs.
