Shadow boxing, especially if you throw in some knees, is decent too. Or you could do 100 hindu or unweighted squats every night/morning.

sounds like you do mma. rolling with jeans on would be a good way to get wear. however, you'd have remove the hardware...

biking speeds up the wear. i took about a 20 mile bike ride the other day, and i had new whiskers after i was done.

It probably has to do with how deeply your knees are getting bent when you bike.

Plus, you always have the opportunity of a good fall, which also speeds up distressing.

I don't understand why sleeping in jeans would have a measureable impact on getting a good fade, unless you're a REALLY uneasy sleeper, tossing and turning all night. Just lying there in your denim doesn't distress it any faster than just leaving your denim lying on the floor.

I would imagine you'd get unnatural creasing too. Plus most of the night we're in REM sleep meaning our bodies will be completely paralized from the neck down (and have engorged genitals for extra comfort). So whatever position we end up in you'll be in that position for quite some time. Then you cycle back through the stages of sleep (where you can move and hear things in your sleep) until you reach REM sleep again. I think it happens about 5 times during the night where you can't move so you don't get that much extra wear and what extra wear you do get will probably be in an awkward position (i know you all cuddle in fetal position holding on to a long body pillow).

I tried to with my APC NS I bought them tight at 27 (I'm a 30) it was so uncomfortable I could not fall asleep. In hindsight it was better I didn't the crotch area is supertight and men tend to get erections when they sleep.

you'd get morning wood wear hahahaha.

biking super speeds up the break-in process-I've lost several pairs of non dry denim to this phenomenom. Levi's are a dick to break in though...sleeping isn't going to do much unless you walk in your sleep...have your friend drag you behind their car jasper texas style...it'll either work really well or your friends will hold an intervention. Go hiking, fall down a lot. maybe just start being an alchoholic-that's really hard on your jeans AND your liver...might also end in an intervention.

LOL! I wonder what that fade looks like....

"Is that fade from a roll of quarters, or do you sleep in your jeans?"

Ha, more like sport BJJ. My boxing is terrible, but I enjoy doing it. Bas's MMA workout kicks my ass all the time, man. Do you train? I'm always tempted to ask somebody to roll with me, with me wearing my jeans. If they're wearing a blue gi, what difference does it make, right?

Of course, all my jeans are a bit tight for that.
