Some apparently come with free Asian children with missing teeth, you just have to pay for their education and food.

Tempur-Pedic. Solved my neck problems. So good I got the bed.

The only thing to be aware of are the sizes. If you want to put it in a standard pillowcase, then size appropriately. Other than that, they're pretty similar. You might have to buy online, in which case look for a place with free shipping as the pillow itself is quite heavy. I bought this one from Target online. The base price was good but the shipping was ridiculous. http://www.target.com/Off-White-Soba...892784-8385624

I had a buckwheat and did not like it at all. Much prefer traditional feathers, only it's hard to find modern pillows that are stuffed sufficiently. If you go with feathers, don't skimp.

Thanks, I'm giving it a try.

+1.

I actually went the opposite way. Got the bed, and free neck pillows with it. Haven't had a problem, and don't expect to. I'm actually going to replace them within a few years because I want bigger pillows, and I could do with something that doesn't seem so much like a PT pillow. If I were 10-40 years older, these pillows would be perfect for whatever neck problems I'll probably have.

There´s a downside to the Tempur-Pedic pillow: you check in to a hotel with standard pillows and you find them really lacking in support where you need it.

I got one about ten years ago when we bought the bed. Unfortunately, after about 6-7 years it really went soft. I don't recall what the lifespan of it should be... and for the price that is still a lot of wear.

Also true.

Big +1 to the tempur-pedic, I have a mattress (well my parents stole it when I went to college, fuckers.) and a pillow. I've used the neck pillow but I own the normal sized/shaped one, which I much prefer. Firm, cool, comfortable. The best part is if you leave it in the trunk of your car in winter it becomes rock solid. . . Let's just say I've kicked ass in a few pillow fights.
