I love them too, but I just can't eat food like that in this heat.

P.S. I had my yearly veal chop last night. So delicious.

So, my oxtails.

And my big box of duck legs. I got 12, 3 leg portions in the freezer like these, and 3 in the fridge for confit this weekend

Nice dude, very nice.

Everytime I see something I put on the menu sell really well/really fast, I get a bonar so large it's probably a health code violation.

Finally had sushi again for lunch after not having it for months. Poki Bowl followed by a spider roll hand roll (mmm soft shell crab) finished off with live sweet shrimp. I love the way they fish the shrimp out of the aquarium, filet them up raw, and then fry the heads. The fried shrimp heads are just divine.

Pretty cool to see my pops have some hard work rewarded.

NOICE!!!

My brother told me of a place off Newport in Tustin called Kobe that's all you can eat and supposed to be pretty good. I'll try that out soon. Most all you can eats have shitty sushi though so it's hard finding a quality all you can eat.
