I remember reading a bb dot com article summarizing different routines. I remember one was GVT and another was HIT, and so on, but there was another which I have completely forgotten the name of and can't locate it on bb dot com because they have a zillion articles.
Here's what it looked like: you go through what appears a basic routine and then the last exercise of each muscle group you do like 7 sets with emphasis on getting a major pump. Sound familiar?
