70% protein / 30% carbs?

Depends what your goals are...

My 2 cents: It's definitely neccessary to take in more protein than the average person when you are working out. But a ratio of 70% protein/30% carbs sounds exaggerated to me. I'm not a body builder, but if you are an average guy like me who just wants to beef up a little, I would generally increase all of my calorie intake, but at the same ratio that is healthy for everyone: 40% protein, 10% fat, 50% carbs. As far as I'm informed, disproportionate protein intake over time is hard on the liver, the kidneys and a number of other organs. And the body can only ever make use of about 20-25 grams of protein at any one time. (meaning, per meal) Don't know if that would still hold true for real body builders, though.

Fresh semen is a good source of both, in the correct proportions for optimal muscle growth.

You are misinformed, sir. Don't have time right now to explain, but I'll try to get to it.

There is no such thing as "healthy for everyone".
