Polos with no logos

Which are recommended?

I would like a polo that fits like the RL custom fit polo, but without the logo. I am not a chav and do not wish to display logos on my clothing. It is a showy detail that serves no purpose other than to tell onlookers 'hey look how much my polo cost'... I'd rather the fit and quality spoke for themselves.

Buy custom fit polo, remove the logo. No one gives a **** you have a logo. Could always buy RLPL polos, but they are several hundred dollars. Loro piana are very nice too, but very expensive.

Yeah I'm rather lower down the price scale than that. I just don't like logos on my clothing.

You could order them from the Polo site through the 'Create your own'-option. Choose the pony in the same colour as your shirt and it is barely noticeable. It's not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction.

Not being a fan of logos myself, I must say that the RL (normal-sized) logos are not too bad.

Just stay away from Hackett's chav-polos

Not to pull a Jet, but there was just a thread about this. I wear H&M Logg polos. They're $10 and pretty decent quality.

J Crew. You can easily get them for $20-25.

Edit: actually, you're British, aren't you? Uniqlo is a much better suggestion then.

The H&Ms shrink badly in my experience, making them unwearable. I refuse to wear polos that shrink as finding the right size is guesswork with money down the drain. Uniqlo and J Crew do not shrink (at least the ones I bought). Ask a salesperson to be sure.

I am back and forth on the one H&M polo I own...sometimes I think it has shrunk and I don't like it, other times I do (though it may have something to do with how it dries...I guess I could try rolling it up and tugging on the ends before hang drying).

I definitely like the fit of my logoless j-crew polo but it *has* shrunk vertically and is a pinch short now. I am almost 6'2 so that missing length hurts. J-crew makes long sizes...but I have yet to see one in a store to try on.

I'd love to check out the uniqlo polos (I should be in the area sometime this sumer) but right know I am thinking about picking up a couple more h&m polos. for $10, they seem great.
