No thread on this yet? Shocking.

Federer in trouble right now vs. Soderling - down a set, on serve in the 4th.

Soderling is officially for real after last year and this year at the French.

First time since 2004 that Fed hasn't made it at least to the semis of a Grand Slam tournament. Wow, wow, wow. What a streak.

^ thought it was longer than that... something like 8 years. I'm torn about Fed. It was great to see him dominate because it was often amazing to watch, but I'm kind of ready for other people to win (well, other than Nadal). I'd love to see Roddick get the US Open this year.

Roddick is SO overrated!

Soderling's been playing amazing tennis. Should be ranked higher...

Indeed, but his wife's not.

The more Roddick wins, the more television shots with her in the crowd!

Great match today. Hats off to Soderling. Let's see if he can repeat last year by steamrolling Nadal (hopefully, in the finals).

He's a one trick pony, but he's a pretty class act on the court and, fuck it, I'm a sucker for the underdog.

Well it would be significantly less epic than Ivanisevic winning Wimbledon in 2001.
