How about polo shirts with stiffer collars? All of mine have the "Seinfield collar" on them. Hence, I stick to dress shirts for anything more formal than going to the store.

You can try Bugatchi polo shirts if you don't want a logo. I saw one on clearance at Marshall's for $20 and it had no logo. You could also try Michael Kors polo shirts if you want a plain Polo Shirt. I tend to like Polo's with striped patters. I have gotten Polo's from RL, Nautica, Timberland, Lacoste and they all seem to be good. I have only gotten myself one Lacoste because usually you can't get them at a good price. I find Polo stuff for around $20 all the time at Macy's. You just have to wait for the stuff to eventually get reduced to $20. A couple of weeks ago I was able to get a Polo Sportshirt that was originally $89 for $16 and that included a 20% off bonus coupon.
