New wallet design for production

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and am seeking your advice.
I am just about to manufacture a new unisex wallet that will be made of silicone.

This particular wallet will hold 6 credit cards and extra 2-3 cards or business cards in the socket below the credit card holders, plus up to 20 paper money bills.

The product will be made with either silicone or real leather, in different colors. Retail price will be about $20-$25 for silicone model and $40-$45 for leather. The leather version will not come with the hatch, since it is not flexible.

The whole idea behind this is simplicity and minimalism.

What do you all think about this in terms of design, material, colors and pricing? If you were in the market for wallets, would you buy this or buy for a friend?

Any suggestions, positive or negative comments will be greatly appreciated.

I'd ponder picking up a silicone one to give as a gift to my cousin. The funky color and material would probably fascinate him. He's in 2nd grade BTW.

Not funky enough for kids/teens, too funky for most adults, and I'm not sure why I would want a wallet made of silicone.

I could see this as a novelty item in any number of boutiques, including, but not limited to clothing boutiques and furnishing stores (especially those with a love affair with art deco and art nouveau.) At $20-$25 for the silicone models, I could see a lot of people picking these up on a whim at the counter, as part of a larger purchase. I would be tempted to pick a couple up for my wife (who likes funky little things), and for my 2 1/2 year old daughter if I were out shopping anyway.

She's very girly girl - loves picking out her own outfits, pretend cooking, gymnastics, all that stuff. She also tries to borrow my belts. But I'm teaching her to throw hands (quick little jab, working on the straight right and the hook) so she'll be able to hold her own.
