Have another pair I bought from a legit dealer in Tenerife circa 2005 and they had the logo on one side only.

However I was browsing in Sunglass Hut in Sheffield a few weeks back and the latest models have the logo on both sides.

And FWIW, I've bought them off a lad on another forum I use and they set me back 60 quid.
I reckon they're sound and will post pics when I get them.

Yes, but even with an automatic movement, a fake Rolex is much, much, much easier for me to tell than fake glasses. This is because a) I'm a watch geek, b) there are a lot more details you need to get right on a fake Rolex to fool anyone and c) the quality differential between real and fake Prada glasses is much, much smaller than between a real and fake Rolex (including materials and construction). If I had a real Rolex (or other high-end watch) in one hand and its fake counterpart in the other, I could tell you which is genuine 99 times out of one hundred. With the glasses, I'm guessing I'd be more like 70/30.

And, FWIW, just wind up the fake Rolex with the mechanical movement and you can practically feel the cheapness with every turn of the crown.

I'm guessing you'll be fine. I tend to lose or break glasses, so I only buy on deep discount and wouldn't really care if they turned out to be fake save for the fact that the fakes almost certainly won't be UV-protected.

Right. Because counterfeiters can't put "made in Italy" on the temples.
