i get fit by doing nothing?

Need beach bod for upcoming vacay but i eat out too much to afford the gym. Can I get lifting muscles by doing me while you do you? thanks

i wanna do this, but i also wanna get toned and cut and lose 40lbs.


basically i wanna get:
a huge chest
massive biceps
keep my thighs exactly the same size. i.e. don't put on a single mm.
and lose 40lbs, without changing my diet. kfc is part of my culture and heritage.


so if there's a way to get, like, hollow muscles which don't weigh anything, that'd be good.

how do i do this?


Also, how long should i wait to take a shit after drinking my protein shake? I wanna make sure i get all the protein so i can get ripped, so i don't wanna shit it all out straight away.

The only possible solution to your predicament is a vasectomy. It has two bonuses, you get ripped, and the gene pool and humanity is saved.
