That's a pretty amazing wreck and impressive avoidance on the Cayenne's part, but it's almost certainly luck on his part since his initial reaction of braking was the wrong one.

Dallas highways are pretty hellish at the best of times. Cayenee driver definantly has some serious skills. I bet he had to have his seat valeted after that though. The trailer virtually flew over the top of him.

Crazy though he didn't even stop! Just carried on like normal.

Driving. Serious Business. Kindof depressing to see all those cars just driving on by afterward though.

Major props to Cayenne driver, I admit. But I don't know that I'd go all the way to "serious skills" -- I mean, if something lands in your lane and is coming at you from the left you are probably going to go to the right. The props are for 1) being awake and paying attention and 2) not turning too hard to the right. ~H

yeah, i think it's more of a split second notice by the driver and he just by chance already was in a line to miss the truck anyways. he was already going by and it's just one of those bare misses miraculously with no time to react.

if he saw that truck coming 5 seconds earlier, i bet he would have slammed on his brakes or swerved right hard, or something.

oh i just saw it again . i was looking at the wrong car.

yeah, the suv did swerve, but it wasnt skill or anything. he just swerved to get out of the way, and he luckily missed it.

(i think he swerverd enough where he actually hit the side wall , look closely)


but check out all the replies on there, saying he was so skilled and so forth. give me a break. he was dam lucky he got out of the way.

Say he's doing 70 and the truck is doing 60 that gives the driver tops half a second to react, turn, and recover.
