Gents: It's always fun to submit ideas to firing squad that is the style forum. Today, we have something very special for you.

It's World Cup time and Cordarounds has crafted pants to be worn proudly and LOUDLY. Made in America for Americans only, these are undoubtedly the most patriotic trousers ever to grace the fruited plain. What's more, they're guaranteed to give USA Soccer fans a leg up on the competition. Consider their unrivaled quality:

* Lovingly hand-stitched by the spectral fingers of Betsy Ross' ghost.

* Tested for Nazi- and Communist-fighting durability by Captain America.

* Design endorsed by Swiftwing, King of All Bald Eagles.

* Approved for Knievelesque jumps over 4th of July BBQs.

* Each pair exposed to 1,000 continuous hours of Lee Greenwood's Greatest Hits.

* Ensures wearer is in full compliance with the Patriot Act.

* Makes flatulence smell like mom's apple pie.

* On Memorial Day, USArounds must be worn at half mast.

* Before wearing, owner must recite the Apollo Creed.

Wear your new USArounds proudly and loudly in any soccer-watching sports bar; the sight of these veritable declarations of fashion independence are guaranteed to stop a Brazilian's celebratory samba mid-step, or put the brakes on a drunken Dane's bloodthirsty berserker victory dance, or make even the most boisterous Brit stop and salute your star-spangled slacks.

It does not need to - the domestic market is so big.

However, it is somewhat surprising that someone from say alden hasn't branched out a la G & G to make something really high end/bespoke?

Perhaps US corporate non-compete clauses prevent this ?
