Looking for some opinions on these or other recommendations for cheap-ish mids/highs. Thanks!

Adidas forums in solid colors. Hard to find. Great shoe. The older ones were actually very well built. New ones not so much

It's happening on the edges as well as under my feet I think. Is this normal? Do they take time to break in and quieten down?

I have quite a few pairs of CP's on the same sole, however they all lined and do not make any noise whatsoever.

Cheers.

I like the Nike Tennis Classic, but I'm not crazy about either of those. If I had to choose one, I'd go with the top pair but replace the two-tone laces.

Some past variations of the TC that I like:

Where can I find the top two of the ones you suggested in States. I have ordered top one (white/blue) but definitely like the ones you suggested and would like to try them out too.

Thanks

They were limited release versions from a year or two ago and are no longer available.

Thanks, it was hard finding a genuine seller for these. There are some on ebay (outside US). Will see how the white ones turn out.

If you like the Tennis Classic, you may also want to check out the Blazer Low IDs on Nike.com.

If you just look around you could get Common Projects Rec shoes for $90. They are similar style but obviously a higher quality shoe

Was thinking the exact same thing.  Rec shoes in any color have a dull shine, more interesting that complete flatness of those.

just picked these up because I wanted something all white but now the weird texture is starting to bother me (can't really see it in this pic) and i kinda of want something with a gum sole instead. Does anyone more versed in sneakers know if a Dunk exists that fits this criteria?
