Don't know, I don't go running through mud? They've actually stayed pretty white, but the heels starting to wear down pretty good and I've been considering replacing them. Never clean any of them.

They are for walking the dog, so they need to be comfortable.

For walking the dog, etc., I would get something like Converse (either regular or Jack Purcell) in navy. Cheap, and also classic.

I have bad knees so I need the air/cushion, I don't like converse.

I'm sending my son my two pairs of Adidas. I'm keeping my Sperry canvas shoes (they're like Vans only better) for casual warm weather wear and my NB's for working out, but other than that, I'm swearing off trainers. I just don't think it's a good look for me anymore. Maybe it's my age.

About the only one that I like anymore is my white canvas Sperry Topsider boat shoes, and probably only for warm weather with chinos. I think I'll get another pair in navy and that will be it for this old man.
I seriously think that, for me, only desert boots and brogues look any good with my jeans.

We get it, you're (not even that) old and boring. Got anything else to contribute to the thread?

Ha ha. Um, no. I have been a bit obsessed about this lately. Maybe I'm also getting alzheimer's. I seemed to have forgotten that I already "contributed" this idea to this thread. Crap... .

Um, what were we talking about?

Stylish sneakers that won't break the bank. I present for your approval, the Nike Free Run+ 2 Woven NRG (whatever that all means):

Not a big fan. Too athletic-looking for me.

What are these called? Or perhaps a link to the amazon listing would do.

Sorry should've included it. Was hard to track down the name of the shoe.
