I watched it too... I don't understand how they could produce this without going "you know this is a bit TOO cheesy, any way we could tone it back a few notches"?

Okay, I know I'm being a wet blanket, but in addition to the Transformers franchise being almost hilariously terrible, that entire movie has the most outdated, awful, objectification views of women I've seen in recent history. It's really disgusting. I mean, how Michael Bay continues to do what he does amazes me. The guy's such a douche.

Yes, I know I "beware teh mollusk," but that's all a joke. These sorts of films, which target young idiot males, basically reinforce all the things that make men appear as socially retarded.
