Amsterdam red light district (aka 'Little England'). A sad sight, but makes me more appreciative of what I have.

Amsterdam I guess.

I feel very very safe there, well light, and lots of authorities around since it is so touristic. I was almost raped, though.

nothing rivals Phnom Penh.

Oh my! How could I forget Raal during Pon farr!? That is the place to be.

I haven't gone shopping in a red light district in 12 years or more, but the advantage in some european districts (frankfurt, amsertamn) is the variety - you will find blonds, blacks, asians, and a mix of the above. in asia, aside from the occasional russian, it is pretty set fare.

where in PP? That city doesn't have much nightlife at all, unless you like dimly lit casinos with Vietnamese ladies lined up in rows, and their near-clown level of makeup. Soon the khmer will realize barangs are looking for the dark-skinned athletic farm girls the rest of the country is disinterested in, not the pale vietnamese princesses, and a vibrant red light district very well might emerge.

I've never even been to a Cambo casino. Everywhere I turn in that town, sin presents itself to me.

I heard that the red light district in Amsterdam was nothing great. Service was generally rushed and of poor quality.
