Any suggestions?

I've tried a bunch, but everything besides over-ear designs have either (1) poor sound quality or (2) pain after wearing a few hours from pressing the ear against the glasses arms.

My Grados don't bother when I have my sunglasses on. Can go for 2-3 hours before I'm uncomfortable.

Something by Sensaphonics. I have the Sensaphonics 2X-Soft and I'm thinking of upgrading to these: http://www.sensaphonics.com/prod_3max_ear.html

I can't complain about my Bose QC3s. I know some people compain about the sound quality but the uber-soft leather makes wearing them with glasses a non-issue.

Sony MDR-V6. Then get the velour ear pad replacements for ~$15 online shipped.

You can't beat Grado sub $150 (as long as you don't care about soundleakage).
