I eat chicken 98% of the time anyway.

I picked chicken because I think Good Buffalo Wings are the one thing in this world I can't live without. Now, if "seafood" were an option, buffalo shrimp and calamari would do it for me. I definitely still love veal - although I don't eat it as often as some who have posted.... This is a sad situation. Thankfully I will likely never have to make such a choice.

Ehhhh, I dunno. If I were given a choice of meal, I'd most likely go pork > beef > chicken. But if I had to choose just one meat for the rest of my life I'd have to go with chicken.

It's healthier and it's more flexible.

Chicken can sneak into damn near anything because it can take on the flavors that surround it. If Beef shows up, it's like, "Heyyy, fuck you! I'm beef." When pork shows up, it's like, "So buddy, why'd you bother with any of this other crap eh? I'm not good enough for you?"

I guess I'm saying that I'd pick chicken, not because it's better, but because it doesn't get in the way. You don't have to build your dishes around chicken, it's just that chicken is friendly and shares its toys.

Well, if only one meat protein, it's clearly pork. Anyone not choosing pork is just wrong.

Exactly. From ultra lean to fat with meat marbling. So many ways to cure it, cook it, store it, use it.

Pork is just incredible.
