If those stats are legit then I'd say that you wouldn't be at a significant disadvantage physically, though your 40 time is as others have said a bit high for arena.

Not that repeating it necessarily makes it more trustworthy but the stats are legit.
For the bench press, I actually haven't tried repping out as many as possible at 225 in a while (I did the 225 x 26 about a year ago). But, I recently pressed 385 x 4 in a set, putting my max around 420-440. So, I should be at least as strong as I was before. Plus, I do lots of crazy exercises that push your stabilizing muscles (because how often does a clean bench press motion carry over into a sport).
One thing I know I have to work on is my agility. I suspect I wouldn't have a good 3-cone time for example.
