he is genuinely a really nice guy, spoke to him for about half hour exchanged email addresses he told me he might be planning new collection focusing mostly on jeans right now.

im in fashion and photography among other things. hes actually very down to earth. we actually discussed the value of his dior collectioons he was like if you had a napolean jacket you could get big bucks for that lol

Yep, sounds just like Hedi to mention that his napoleon jacket would fetch 'big bucks' on the discussion of the value of his dior collection. I sincerely doubt the humble, intelligent Hedi we know would have said anything to this effect.

I'd like to think that you do know someone by hearing what they have to say and seeing their collections. And there's no need to patronize me just because I may get under your skin, I'm well aware of his work despite myself getting into fashion towards the end of his time at Dior.
