Possible with asian hair?

My hair is very thick and straight. It also likes to stick out and I mean out not up. Is it possible to get my hair like this with my type of hair? If so, what would I use? Thanks

No.

If your hair sticks out when it's too short, then most likely not. Despite his hair length being relatively short, it still falls flat naturally.

I have fine, thin asian hair and well, it kinda sucks.

possible. it's not that short. it's also pretty long in the sides.

I've seen some korean guys with it and it looks good. It just needs to be a tad longer than a white dude and you need to figure out the best product/technique.

having a similar facial structure as him would also help the haircut as well

can't an asian just engineer/doctor their hair into that style? or would driving asian hair into to that style result it looking like a car wreck situation?

I have hair similar to yours too and I do not think it is possible and even if it is you will need to go for constant trimmings. I always wanted hair like Brad Pitt's when I was a teenager but eventually I knew it was just not possible so I just keep mine short and manageable. But I have a few Chinese friends friends that are lucky enough to have hair similar to Brad's but not his looks of course

PG usually does the side part. Check out his WAYWT posts.

The only differences are that this is a shorter style with texture cut into it.

I prefer longer hair with more texture slicked back, but mostly because its easier for me to maintain requiring less hair product.

Since we're on the topic, what are some good short to medium hair styles for asian hair without using product? I usually do 2 on the side and handcut to an inch on the top, then wear a hat to shape it into a faux hawk. But I have to keep a fresh cut almost every week or my hair turns into an afro as soon as the humidity hits it.

Nope!

Very possible.

The sides are pretty long and that is easy to do with straight Asian hair.

The top is also just waxed to the side, also simple to do.

I'm not a fan of that hairstyle but to each his own.

thick and straight is the best hair type to deal with. You can control it pretty much anyway you want with proper technique and materials. Talk to your stylist.
