Get rid of the facial hair and see how the rest looks. Then make a decision about your head. But, please, get rid of the facial hair.

Edit: ^^And that. Want my honest opinion? Your ears are proportionately too big for short hairstyles. Grow it longer - then do anything that doesn't use the length to disguise your receeding hairline.
