Is this company for real?

I contacted them by email about two weeks ago asking for some measurements (after PM'ing on styleforum with no response). About a week after that, I finally got a reply (only after sending another email) apologizing for the delay (with the excuse that they were having "email problems") and stating that he will reply with measurements shortly. Another week later and nothing; and then no replies to emails asking where he disappeared to. wtf is going on here.

Hi Rocco,
Please respond to my email Re: returns. I've emailed you 3-4 times in the past week with no response. Given that you were so quick to respond to questions before, I'm assuming that you must be out of town or something, but as it is a time-sensitive matter I would appreciate your response ASAP.
Thanks,
Brian

Just resolved a month and a half long ordeal dealing with dressspace. Highly NOT recommended. Their prices are generally pretty good for select items (in particular N+M tanks are quite nice and quite cheap), but I would stay away if you ever want to be able to return anything. I bought 3 pieces from them about a month and a half ago--one LEU double layer and two N+M tanks. At the time, I was unsure about sizing/measurements so I e-mailed Rocco--he was very quick to respond and very polite. I buy the items, and they are shipped immediately and quickly. However, when I received the LEU double layer, it was a full EIGHT inches longer than the measurements I had been given (instead of being slightly long, it was down to my knees) and also smell kinda funny . I e-mailed Rocco about 4 times over the course the next week and a half asking how to go about making a return, and the only respond (which only came after I had to call internationally to their office in Italy) I got was as follows: Dear X, if you prefer you could make an exchange. We want always satisfy our customer. I replied no, I don't want an exchange, I want a return. And didn't hear back for another week, despite multiple e-mails, at which point I was forced to open up a PayPal dispute with Dressspace before my time ran out. I was finally told (not surprisingly quite quickly after I opened up my dispute) that I could return my items, but that shipping costs would be on me. Although I found this to be unfair, given the blatant misinformation that I had been given about the item, I proceeded to send back the items. Two weeks later, after I had been forced to escalate my dispute into a claim, I get an e-mail demanding to know what I had put on the customs form. I reply that I had sent it as a $50 gift marked as a sample as requested. No word for another two weeks, at which time PayPal rules in my favor (they never responded to anything on PayPal, which is why I'm guessing I won) and I finally get a refund after a month. Still have heard nothing from them. So I ended up out $30 for shipping in the end and wasted a hell of a lot of time. I probably e-mailed them 10 times in all over a month and a half and got two replies total. Do not deal with Dressspace unless you are 100% sure about the item you are ordering, because even though they say they accept returns, they make it as big of a pain in the ass as possible.
