Just resolved a month and a half long ordeal dealing with dressspace. Highly NOT recommended. Their prices are generally pretty good for select items (in particular N+M tanks are quite nice and quite cheap), but I would stay away if you ever want to be able to return anything. I bought 3 pieces from them about a month and a half ago--one LEU double layer and two N+M tanks. At the time, I was unsure about sizing/measurements so I e-mailed Rocco--he was very quick to respond and very polite. I buy the items, and they are shipped immediately and quickly. However, when I received the LEU double layer, it was a full EIGHT inches longer than the measurements I had been given (instead of being slightly long, it was down to my knees) and also smell kinda funny

. I e-mailed Rocco about 4 times over the course the next week and a half asking how to go about making a return, and the only respond (which only came after I had to call internationally to their office in Italy) I got was as follows: Dear X, if you prefer you could make an exchange.

We want always satisfy our customer. I replied no, I don't want an exchange, I want a return. And didn't hear back for another week, despite multiple e-mails, at which point I was forced to open up a PayPal dispute with Dressspace before my time ran out. I was finally told (not surprisingly quite quickly after I opened up my dispute) that I could return my items, but that shipping costs would be on me. Although I found this to be unfair, given the blatant misinformation that I had been given about the item, I proceeded to send back the items. Two weeks later, after I had been forced to escalate my dispute into a claim, I get an e-mail demanding to know what I had put on the customs form. I reply that I had sent it as a $50 gift marked as a sample as requested. No word for another two weeks, at which time PayPal rules in my favor (they never responded to anything on PayPal, which is why I'm guessing I won) and I finally get a refund after a month. Still have heard nothing from them. So I ended up out $30 for shipping in the end and wasted a hell of a lot of time. I probably e-mailed them 10 times in all over a month and a half and got two replies total. Do not deal with Dressspace unless you are 100% sure about the item you are ordering, because even though they say they accept returns, they make it as big of a pain in the ass as possible.
