XinXiong has been spamming the forum advertising a fraudulent Chinese website, please ban him ASAP. This is a serious notice. Please close the thread after a moderator is notified.

Of course it is. I guess from now on, anyone's AIM screen-name that are dangerously similar to "Zrules" proves that those accounts are made by the same person who made the "Zrules" account?
