I can't recommend this watch enough for the price. The finishing is nice, and I love the high-contrast dial. The band is a little shite, but the watch itself is awesome.

I actually have this watch on a black/gry bond nato with the black pvd hardware, it looks awesome.

I read somewhere that you can get Hamilton watches pretty cheap. Anyone know where I can get this one for a good price?

Just got a seiko skx007 Is it supposed to have a rattley sound when you shake it up a bit near the ear Also how often should I be shaking up the watch to keep it running? (I am waiting for a strap to come in and its only the watch piece that I have now)

That rattling is the rotor that winds the watch as you wear it. If you are wearing it regularly you shouldn't have to shake it more than a few seconds but if you let it sit for a few days you should probably shake it for 30 seconds at least. What band did you decide to put on it?

Don't shake an automatic watch, just wind it manually, about 40 rotations should do. Don't ever shake your watch to start it up, ever.

^ unless manually winding isnt an option.

I think he means manually with the crown

Yeah, I don't think I know of any automatic watch that cannot be manually wound using the crown.
