That is helpful, thanks. I like the dark brown harness. Much different than the dark brown in this pic (2nd):



Which is where the confusion with blach may come in.

The bridle looks thicker than the harness. Is it?

Bridle is a bit thicker. And more supple. The LGC website gives approximations about the thickness. Interesting - that's dark brown harness leather above (2nd one in)? Mine has a shinier finish and that is pretty close to black. Although it's always hard to tell with cameras...
