Timeshare mogul David Siegel has listed his 90,000 square foot super-mansion for $100 million. The unfinished home is the largest single family residence under one roof in America. It will boast 11 kitchens, a grand ballrom/foyer with 2 staircases, 2 home theaters, 3 swimming pools (one indoor), indoor roller rink, baseball diamond, bowling alley, and a whole lot more. http://homesoftherich.net/2010/05/da...0-million.html

Jesus, a new level of stupidity.

timeshare is the only part you need to know to understand this

UNFINISHED. That leaves the new owner with a few customizable features. Also, it has too many damn windows. I'll be mad paranoid if I were Tony Montana. Look at how easy it is for thieves to get into the third floor with some basic equipments.

haha yeah, just a few. Well the buyer could also opt to purchase the home for $75 million if they agree to have Siegel complete the structure in the Louis XIV style he had originally planned on.

If someone had $100M to spend on a home, why on earth would they want to buy someone else's "unfinished" vision rather than just building exactly what they wanted, exactly where they wanted?

for 100 M, you can just buy a castle somewhere nice instead.

I wonder how much it will cost to cool and clean that monstrosity. I think the idea of having a really big house is better than the reality.

We should all pitch in and buy this then live in separate rooms and have a styleforum reality TV show.
